Ended Official BYC Coop Page Contest #9

Wow, more than 50 pics!?!? That's awesome!
...
Then you can put the bulk of images in the album, and a few "select" images into the article, and then link to the album with something like "for more pics, see my album".

Will that work?
That won't work for me... my article is more of a step by step and my photos are needed to narrate my process.

More than 50 photos sort of sounds like too much of a good thing.

WOW!
I have never seen an article with 50 photos...do you have a link to one of those?
Yes, 50 really isn't that much when you get going!
Here's a partial list of other articles I've seen with tons of photos:

I was using many of these articles as my inspiration!
I mean, the contest said "the more the better" right?

I found a few more that I may have missed earlier which are entered right here for this contest that all have over 50 photos.

I just don't understand why my limit is 50 when clearly it doesn't matter for so many other articles. I've read nearly every coop article on this site and I LOVE looking at tons of pictures... there's so many awesome ideas!

I was really excited to finally get my new coop finished and share with everyone on BYC... then I noticed the contest. It's not that I just want to enter, I just want to finish my story. (entering is a bonus)

The photo limit number has changed over the years.

Make an album and link the album in your article or make multiple articles.
And link each article to each other.

Many articles in this contest were published this year...
most recent (with over 50 images) in April 2018.
Why do newer entries not receive the same opportunity?

And as a reader, who wants to click links and go on a wild goose chase to finish reading?

I'm sorry I am not sure.
Internet things change often is the only thing I can come up with.

It may not be exactly the way you want it but I was just trying to help you figure out a way to work around the photo limits.
Sorry.
