:| Joined the YMCA (the only place that offers child care and a good work out around here) with my DH and gee whiz I'm sore from head to toe. It feels good mentally to be exercising again, but my body is not happy about the whole situation. I've only worked out 2 days, yesterday and today. I did the Nautilus machines yesterday, well almost all of them, I ended up leaving early because it was really crowded and there were a lot of skinny people. Today I used the glider machine and the bike. WOOT! I felt better about going today because I went at a less busy time and my DH was there. Sooo please wish me luck that I can stick with it! I told DH I wasn't going to have another kid until I got the weight off from the first one. I have weight from being prego with her and well that and from being kidless people who went out to eat ALL the time. So I am more then ready to get this weight off.
