Nice! So what are their names?

That's a serious lot of work. How old are they when they are 10-16 lbs, Jeff? And how many exactly are you going to be processing?

Right now they are 15 weeks old. These I'm going to process as soon as my turkey cones come in... we sold out of the smaller ones very ealry this year and have to process some now to freeze for Thanksgiving.

As of now I'm going to do the first 150 probably by myself. I will do about 20-30 / night after work until they are done. Should take me about a week, but I will keep ya posted on how it goes.

The most I ever did was 75 and that was 2 years ago...... now I'm up to 300 and they are selling so fast that It looks like the bigger 18-24 lb birds will be sold out in about 2 more weeks.

If anyone has ever processed the Broad Breasted Whites.... you can feel my pain. I'm not sure how this is going to play out but I'm sure it will work out fine....

However for the 150 larger 18-24 lbs I will have about 5 people helping and on the Monday and Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I should have about 10 people here helping load turkeys to peoples cars... taking money.... bagging... ect. Should be a fun experience and a well deserved PayCheck......
