Oh my goodness! I just did it!

    I have hatched chicks for over a year, but today is my first time ordering chicks!!!! [​IMG]
    I'm so nervous already!! Can't wait for the babies to arrive! [​IMG]

    Yes I also have ordered chicks for the first time. It is quite exciting and the wait is killing me too. As Camelot Farms asked what did you order.

    I ordered the 25 EE Pullet special from MPC to ship week of the 21st. [​IMG] [​IMG]

    My DH and DS are mind boggled and said "what they are shipping live chicks in the Mail!!!" [​IMG]

    Whirlwind...wait til you get them from the PO. They will deafen you driving them home. LOL. They are loud and cant wait to get out of the box!

    I've only ever gotten goslings in the mail before, and they were so cute!! These chicks aren't going to try to hop out of the box, are they? I know I'm supposed to open them at the P.O. to document any DOA's.

    Oh the wait is so hard! The first time I was to receive some in the mail, my husband told some of his co-workers that "The chicks are in the mail today, folks!" Most people are surprised that you can order live chicks that way.
