Oh my gosh!!!

    I just got an egg from my 4 1/2 month Golden Buff that is the size of a large store egg.. Maybe even a little bit bigger! LOL It is so funny to look at, especially compared to the other eggs that I have gotten! [​IMG] [​IMG] I'll post pics later!


    Yes - I am new to chickens. I got my first chickens on April 4, 2011. They were a day old when we got them:)

    Congratulations!!
    I picked up my first 3 chickens in May, so hopefully I'm not too far from getting my first egg either!
    Can't wait to see photos.

    It's like that a lot when they first start to lay. she will eventually settle in to a normal everyday size.
