I had just moved my 6 week olds outside this past Monday into their 'brooder' cage. It is a flight cage for parakeets or cockatiels, but any how, I lay it down and cover 3 sides and top with a tarp for shade and shelter. Well it has been abnormally hot lately, so when it rained last night I thought "I hope it cools down a bit" Well today it is quite chilly outside and one of my babies got wet and is not doing well at all! I have her wrapped in a dish towel and under a heat lamp in my bedroom. Everyone else out there is just fine! [IMG] to hoping she gets better, but it isn;t looking good [IMG]

I'm sorry, that happened to me last year and I just hate it.

She was beautiful and I was so happy that I had decided to keep her instead of re-homing her with her brothers. The other 2 are just fine, but for some reason it is chilly in AUGUST! [IMG]
