My sweet Wyandotte sits on my shoulders frequently. She's been flying up there since she was two weeks old. Annabelle is the only one who's ever taken interest in my earrings. Last week she pulled it out, but I was able to retrieve it. Annabelle today was able to snatch it again and when I tried to get it out of her beak...... down the hatch it went. She ate my earring! Hopefully the earring is small enough to pass through. It should be. Hubby says I should just wash it in rubbing alcohol when she passes it through. Bleh! No thanks.

Yeah, I'd be buying a new pair of earrings. Here's hoping everything comes out smoothly.

It was my only pair.[IMG] Luckily, it wasn't too expensive.

Hopefully the gizzard will tear it up. Annabelle is only 11 weeks old.

OUCH. I would not want to poop out an earring! [IMG] [IMG]. I think it'll come out fine. But... ummmm. Unless they are your favorite pair of earrings, I would not try to re-use them. [IMG]

Wow, I hope Annabelle will be okay. [IMG] I'd hate to be in her shoes, having an earring go through my digestive tract. [IMG]
