But regardless I need a new Plan.

As you all know Silkies are my thing most of my boys do NOT crow untill they are
over six months old.

Well I have Cochins in a brooder in the Dining room next to our bedroom.
and here I am sitting talking to you guys hes sleeping

When all of a sudden I hear a very good and distinct crow.

These babies are only 5 weeks and 2 days OLD.

WHAT THE HECK AM I SUPOSED TO DO NOW????

Darling Hubby does not even know I have Cochins oooops

tell him the roo will be a valuable asset, they morphed into cochins and cook him his favorite meal also smile alot.

That is weird I have cochins and none of mine crowed until the were like 4-5 months old, both times i raised them from babies!
Where did you get them? If from a hatchery tell him the hatchery made a big mistake!

Oh they are soooo cute!! I'm partial to cochins since that's what I have. New babies coming next week. A red, white, gold lace and partridge. I just can't wait. Oh and 2 jersey giants. Just for fun!

I want cochins so bad. I am thinking about the silver laced. Maybe you can say its you crowing? Say "I am practicing my corw. How do I sound?" might buy you some time lol

No I got them from a Top Breeder with Good Quality Cochins.

I was very surprised. I take it that this was unusual???

He only crowed once but he did a good job...

I am going to hope that it does not happen again because it is to cold here to move them out side.
