Ok Im starting to get worried bout my eggs Hatching! Pic included

This chick started to pip around 2am and it is now 4:30 pm and this is all the further shes gotten ! is this normal? Should I be worried?

They can take 24 hours to hatch easily. I've had some pips to hatch be 48 hrs even. Not to worry yet.

Oh ok , thankyou, the chick still seems strong, and is still cheeping loudly but just didn't seem to be making very much progress, Im just going to have to stop watching for the pot to boil, maybe things will happen quicker for me and be little less stressfull! I only have one other pip so far and this is day 21 for them. Thanks Sandy
