You didn't happen to write a How-To while making it did you? We have an old tacky cabinat that needs to be "improved". [IMG]

Quote:Sorry no plans, I just really was winging it by the seat of my pant's. I only had 2 days to do it in, the DW said if I was going to have chicks hatching in the house it better look decent, so this is what I came up with.

Nice looking incubator Al, the cabinet, is that a kitchen or bathroom vanity that you have put the glass in the door and top. If so great idea. Used to be a trim carpenter and never thought of that one. [IMG]

Quote:That's what I was wondering. Hmmm I happen to have an extra cabinet I am not using for amything. I also have been checking out local Salvation Army and Thrift Stores, was thinking a nice wooden end table would make a great cabinet bator.

Quote:Good eye, it is a 36" kitchen base unit. It was very badly damaged and they couldn't sell it so I got it for a song, and made this. All of the bottom supports were torn out, it had no back or top, it looked as if someone dropped it from a plane.

Does anybody have any suggestions on any improvments I might make, or something I may have missed or messed up. This was my first try at it.
