Ok... silly question...

My chickens get all my table scraps. I cook with a lot of olive oil and garlic. They love it! Won't touch anything cooked in sunflower or vegtable oil. Do I need to try to keep these treats to a minimum? My chickens also love thai curry

I have read that high levels of garlic or fish products can taint the flavor of eggs. However, I have never experienced it myself. My chickens get lots of table scraps (although I avoid putting meat out). But, since I've started keeping piggies, the chickens are missing out on as many treats as they used to get.
