What do i do with it ?
I stuck one of those digital kids thermometers in mine. Whenever I turn my eggs, I just give it a push to double check temps inside the eggs
See mine in the upper left corner.... I have however moved it to a better location not so close to my light
You found a water wiggler!?!?!
I sure hope you had a better time in finding one than I did!
I have never had so many ppl look at me like I was crazy in my
life Hey do you have a water wiggler HUH!? yeah one of those
and then you explian, and they still have not a clue..HHHmmmm
let me ask this person HUH!?! then you explain OH yeah I know
what you are talking about they are called a Water Weasle but we
don't have them. Oh OK I will look elsewhere,. Next store..Hey do you
have water weasle's HUH!?!? not a clue what you are talking about
let me ask this person (all time looking like they maybe should run).
Nope don't know what you are talking about..let me explain... OH
yeah I know what you are talking about, they are rite over here
they are called Water Snake!! About then I am talking to myself
saying I sure hope they really have them cus I not sure I can thru
this one more time lol Well I now have 3 water snake all in different
colors (just in case it make a diff to the chicks)
BTW u use them as fake eggs in the bator with a temp probe in them
to see the internal temp of your eggs. Well that is if you can keep
the dern thing in your hand long enuffe
There's a way to make something similar with plastic bags full of water.
I got mine at Dollar Tree... they always seem to have them as soon as Spring/Summer hits.
Our walmart always has them instock in the "cheap" toy area. Crystal
Thank you Angie and Crystal and John.
Quote:Hi, I see the water wiggler, the fan. What is that other object on the right on the pic that is attached to the wall?
Just trying to figure out what makes up a bator.
Yes I know what you all are talking about when asking for a Water Wiggler. I went to Walmart (hate going there) looked in the toys till I was blue in the face. Then ask a clerk, yep I knew I going to get that stupid question look! No they dont have any!! Came back home and made one of Play-Doh and baggie. Works fine I added a bit of water too.
It goes , from left to right, water wiggler w/ thermometer, pc fan, themometer with a digital thermometer/hydrometer stuck to it, hot water thermostat, hydrometer (purchased for our hermit crabs at the pet store)
