Ok so these chickens are 16 weeks old roosters or hens lol

No difference that matters in this case.

They are almost certainly females.
Ah ok I was starting to worry for a second thought I had 3 roosters to 1 hen bc of how big their waddles have gotten compared to the 1st one pictured I knew for sure that was a pullet but questioned the other 3 thank you

The bigger combs and wattles are because they are getting close to laying eggs.

Cockerels (young males) get big combs & wattles at an early age.

Pullets (young females) get big combs & wattles when they are almost ready to lay eggs. By the time that happens, the combs & wattles on the males are even bigger.
