ok to go out for babies today?

It's supposed to go up to around 60 today.

would it be ok to bring my 4 week old RIRs out to their temporary play pen?

I can't wait to see how they react to being outdoors... but I don't want to rush it, and end up with them sick.

Don't know what to do...

Take the outside & see how they do. Keep a close eye on them. If they get too cold they'll peep like crazy and huddle together. It sounds fine to me. I've taken my chicks (2 weeks old) outside twice now, though just for 3-4 minutes. They weren't impressed, though it's a lot colder here than where you are.
