OK to offer water and food bowl hatching?

Is it OK to offer water or food while hatching? I can see three chicks so far. I was worried that if I did not give her some water by putting it right under her beak she might get up to get the water. I removed it when I left and put it A few feet away. But I was also worried this would make her have to poop and she would have to stand up and I know this is considered the lockdown phase when the eggs are hatching?

I did the same with my broody turkey hen. She didn’t get up at all and I had to manually evict her to get the chicks You’re fine with feeding her in the nest.
