OK to refrigerate organic vinegar?

    I've got different answers and wondered what the fact was. Is it OK to refrigerate an opened bottle of the organic vinegar, or should one leave it unrefrigerated? It seems to me that one way may destroy the 'mother' and the other way would spoil it. Then again, it is vinegar, so .... [​IMG]
    Advice?

    I've never refrigerated mine in all these years...just a cool place in the cabinets...

    Vingegar can't spoil - it has a very high acid content.

    i always refridgerate my ACV. It stays ok.
