Okay, took better, closer pictures...pullet or roo EE?

I would love to take this EE out of the white rock butcher pen. My husband thought it might be a roo. I hope these close up pictures help. Thank you so very much. I need to know what to do. He/She is 7 weeks old come monday.

I found with mine you cant see the comb till much older unless it is a roo.

First two pics look rooish, last pic looks like a pullet.
