I have an older hen, she doesn't lay that often and she sorta makes a raspy noise everyone and a while and she sneezes, what should I do? Should I be worried? I just got her a few days ago so I don't quite know what she is normally like

Can you post pictures and/or video?
Can you take her to a vet?
    How old is she?
Do you have her separated or quarantined from the rest of your flock?
Sounds like a respiratory illness. Any runny nose/eyes, discharge or coughing?
Stress of being moved to a new environment can make symptoms of an existing illness worse.

Here is a list of illnesses/diseases common in poultry, there is a symptoms chart at the bottom of the page:

I know he has stopped laying for the most part but I don't know how old she is specifically and I will have to wait until tomorrow, she is separated from everyone else and no symptoms other than the raspy voice and a sneeze here and there, I can put a video up later today
