Older ducks are fighting my younger ones.

I have a set of 6.5 week old mallards and tryst putting my 4 week. Old with them today and all day the older one bite the younger ones and don't let them eat or drink. Any thoughts?

The nature of chicken/duck society dictates that bigger birds pick on smaller/newer birds. Provide multiple feeders and waterers, enough space that the smaller ducks can get away from the larger, and monitor the situation. As long as no physical damage/bleeding is occurring let them work things out. Sadly enough this is very normal behavior.

I might put a temporary plastic poultry fence between them, and remove it when things simmer down.

I would also give everyone treats at the same time.
