These are pics of my first hatch. I set 18 eggs on February 1st. Found fertile eggs from a local source. The rooster is a BCM. I was told that he is Cottage Hill line...I am not allowed roosters and this was the first rooster I have ever seen in person. Wish I had taken my camera with him. I was amazed at his colors and size...so much bigger than my hens I have been raising the last 4 years.
I was told the hens are Ameraucana. 14 eggs hatched, but two didn't survive.
