Always visit the neighbors on a week-end before buying. That will help you decide what kind of fence you will need at your new home. jmo

I hope the market there is better than in NC. Don't let the buyers bully you into dropping your price lower than your asking.
I have a house in NC on 10 acres that has not sold in over 12 months. But I will not drop my price 60k under appraisal value (bad market value). Make sure you have a Realtor who is looking out for your interest and not their pocket. Don't be afraid to get rid of a crappy Realtor either. Remember they are working for YOU.

I think he said 60K under appraisal value, not total price. [IMG]

Now MY house was 60K when we bought it. Now appraised at 120K, but that was BEFORE new windows, siding and insulation
