My lockdown is tomorrow does that mean starting tomorrow I don't turn them or is that the last day I turn them?

When I put mine in lockdown, I take them out of the automatic turner and lay them on the wire on their side on the bottom of the incubator. So mine get turned until they go into lockdown. Just the process of taking them from their incubating position to the hatching position amount to turning them for me.

Not all of us go through the exact same sequence at lockdown, but turning can and probably should continue until then.

when i go into lockdown i will be taking the eggs out of the auto turner and putting them down for hatching and NOT turning them after i put them down for hatching

once 12:30 pm comes around on lockdown day i will not be turning them and keeping the bator closed at all times (i will candle the day i lockdown)

I was always told to stop on 18 and lock on 19 but everyones methods are different.

I stop turning on day 18 and up the humidity on day 19.
