    I know that Roosters can be pretty mean to chicks, but i seen a pic of a Orpington Roo with his offspring, and was wondering if their (depending on the roo) OK with the chicks??? [​IMG]

    Take the time to see if it works out. You can't just place them in there with him and walk away, but try one and see what happens. I would not try this and expect good results, so be careful with the chicks good health in mind, and keep them seperate if you need to, which i would do anyway. This isn't a good formula....

    Ok thanks... I don't hav any yet.. I was just wondering, if it's that ify I'm not going to try!

    When would it be alright to put a hen and her chicks back in with everyone else?
