One Chick Dead, the other chick heading that way.

Two days ago I went to check on my peeps in the brooder and one of the peeps had died. It was the smallest and it seemed to be healthy. It ate, drank, and even ate some lightning bugs that had fallen into the brooder. Yesterday I chcecked on the peeps again and another one of my chicks felt bony and wasn't acting like the rest of the peeps. This one didn't move very fast and my BO chick was picking on it. I noticed that when I watched it eat, it kinda scraped the food out of the feeder and had trouble eating the bigger pieces. I took some warm water and made a paste with the food and the peep had no problem eating it that way but the other peeps sort of push this peep away from the food.

I really don't know what to do, since I am new at raising chickens and I need some advice. I just can't lose another peep. Is it too late??

Feed it seporate(sp?) for a while till it gets its strength back. Thats all I know to do..

Should I try feeding it with a stopper to make sure it eats??
