    Hi all,

About 5 days ago I introduced 3 new americaunas to our current flock of 4 americaunas. Pecking order was established immediately and one of the new girls took charge. All has been good except one issue. One of our old girls constantly attacking one of the new ones, for days now. Blondie, we call her, will go out of her way to run over and peck Red, she chases Red into the coop whenever she ventures back in the run. Red walk around looking frantic and panting all the time. I'm not sure what to do with her, or Blondie. Is this destined to end badly? This evening I noticed one of the other girls giving Red a peck which hasn't happened so far. Can anyone advise?

    Thanks.

Hi and :welcome from Ohio. So glad you joined.Sometime you have to separate out the bully by herself for awhile so that she will become the new bird when you put them all back together again. :thumbsup

Hi and welcome to BYC from northern Michigan [IMG]

I would also separate the bully for a few days into a cage alone - a couple days in the "sin bin" may humble her
