Stupidly I let a guy sell me this duckling because she was so darn cute. Somebody told me she will kill the chicks, and she will not go in the water because her freinds don't. Now what?

She isn't going to kill your chicks. Whoever told you that apparently doesn't know much about poultry. Also when she is older she will still most likely go swimming. Though it's not the best situation for a duckling many people have raised an individual duckling for one reason or another.

I am glad to hear that. I want to get a couple more before too long, but I just could not resist.
