One egg layer what food ?

I have three hens with only one laying what should I feed them because at the moment they are on layers pellets yet only one is laying !

It could be as simple as changing from layer pellets to layer crumbles. I had to do that and went from 2 laying to 12 laying just last night. Sometimes they prefer crumbles to pellets.

I use an all flock and give a dish of oyster shells. That way the one that needs calcium will be able to get it.

Ditto, 18% all flock and oyster shells and grit on the side. I also crumble up all the egg shells and put it in the oyster shells dish.
