One egg with small air cell

I have 3 eggs due to hatch on the 1st of December 2 of the three have air cells that are on track for that hatch day but the third is quite a bit smaller I have an egg carton in the incubator to set the small air cell egg in for hatch is there anything else I can do to ensure this egg hatches ok without potentially messing up the other eggs air cells these are also shipped eggs if that makes a difference

Can you post a picture? What’s you temperature and humidity levels/percentage? Shipped eggs are often difficult, especially with air cells.

Temp is 99.8 as of this second humidity is 50% and here is pic one is small air cell second pic is of one of the other air cells

It looks fine to me! The second is a little saddled so be careful when rotating it

Jut try not to be rough with it, be gentle. Tilting the air cell up in the incubator wouldn’t be a bad choice either.
