One legged chickens

Raccoons got in my coop awhile back. I lost several but two ended up losing a leg. They are doing good, hopping around, eating, etc. But when I put them back in the coop with the other pullets their same age (all were together initially) the others are pecking where their leg used to be. Will they ever be able to be put back in the mainstream?

Do they still have scabs/marks where the legs were torn off? If there is anything like that the other chickens will keep pecking at it, so make sure it's grown over with skin and feathers before you reintroduce them.

It isn't so much of a scab as it is a scar...maybe feathers will eventually cover em...they are buff orphs. It has been almost 2 months.
