They are around 5 1/2 or 6 months? And when will they start Mating?

The one in the front looks like a pullet, the Black on on the right in front of the white one looks like a cockerel. Others??

all 4 of those are cockerels...mating depends upon the bird as each develop differently but my guess would be 8+ months
