I have Terramycin but it is injectable, that's what I dosed her with at first and will washing with warm water till Monday when we get out pay. Then we will get some saline and Neosporin. I have her in the basement away from the others, hopefully I caught it before it spread.I would clean up the eye with saline, and put some Terramycin or Neosporin ointment into it. She may have a respiratory disease such as Coryza or MG (CRD.) It is contagious and all chickens exposed are carriers. Your flock should be closed, and no chickens or hatching eggs should be sold or given away. Idealy, chickens with respiratory disease should be culled, but many choose to treat. Here is a link about those and other diseases: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044
