One of my chicks has an injured eye.

    It's swollen and has gone cloudy and blue. I've had him on oral antibiotics but I'm wondering if I should try to find a foreign object or leave it alone. I think he's a roo, and if so he'll probably be going in the soup pot when bigger.

    His appetite is good and he sees fine with the other eye. I've had him separated for the last three days. I'll upload a pic if I can find one.

    Or maybe I should just cull him now and not waste the time?

    The eye. It almost looks like the swelling us under the eye. The eyeball itself looks normal in size to me.

    The lid functions normally.

    No exudate, not glued shut, no visible pus.
