I really need help one of my chicks which was in the incubator (couple of hours old!) decided to hop out of the incubator and on the floor!! I picked him up straight away and he seemed fine so I put him back in the incubator and he was walking and chirping away, although.. one of his wings is shaking and i'm worried he/she might have broken it. If so will it heal? Will he/she be okay? Please help meee!!!

Just watch it and wait. Baby chicks are incredibly resilient. I've had momma hens brood several feet off the floor and have the chicks jump down and never had an injured chick. they're like those ducks that nest way up in the trees--ever see that on tv? Some of those ducklings fall over ten feet! They just bounce a little, shake it off and follow momma. It's amazing.

Your little is probably just fine. Just keep an eye on it, and secure the incubator/brooder from another chick following suit.
