One of my few day-old chicks will not open one of her eyes

I have recently picked up some Road Island Reds and on the second day (today) I noticed one of the chicks wouldn't open one of her eyes. She has one eye open.
The eye is not swollen and is not gooey. What should I do?

I don't know what that was abt I hope she stays ok

We have that happen sometimes, it’s usually because they get pine shavings or dust in their eye, that’s all.

One of my chicks has this too! I don't remember if this eye had opened (after hatching) or not but I was checking them out this morning and found this one with one eye shut tight

Again there's no signs of trauma or infection , is it likely she just poked it on straw (or a siblings beak haha)
