One side of head and neck swollen

Last week the top of my chicken’s head started to swell up on one side. Today it has progressed dramatically and her neck is now swollen on the same side. She is eating and pooping just fine but I’m getting worried. I have 5 other chickens who share the same coop. She is less than a year old and hasn’t laid her first egg yet. Is this a disease? Is it contagious? Is there something I can do to help?

That's a bit different.
Just in case, have you looked inside her beak and the roof of her mouth to see if there is any swelling, yellow/white cheesy sores or canker? Looked inside the ear for any infection. Any tick or parasite embedded on that side of the head maybe behind the earlobe?
