only one chick hatched now what

I have only one chick that has hatced out of 12 eggs, what do I do with only one chick?

Teach it to ride on the handlebars of your bike.

And while it is learning, incubate another batch.

Let's examine the causes of getting only the one. What were your incubator settings?
