Only one laying so far?????

So I have 10 hens that are a little over 5 months old. I got my first egg 2 weeks ago!!!! YAY!! So I have been getting about a egg a day. But that is it. Are my other hens that far behind the first one. And is this normal? THANKS BYC

It's nothing to be worried about. One of ours started laying early, and then the other too lagged far behind, one took so long to start laying that we thought she might not every lay! But, she eventually did. Also, some breeds lay earlier or later than others, but even if yours are all the same breed, I wouldn't be concerned.
