Ok, so I've read/heard from a lot of different sources that raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar can be very healthful and helpful for weight loss. But EEEEEW! I followed the recommended 2tbs and a packet of stevia mixed in a glass of water. EEEEW EEEW! And to be clear, DBF accuses me often of loving nasty healthy things, but this is too far, even for me.
