Open mouth / wing twitch

One of my Ancona ducks is running around with her mouth open a lot. She’s also has her head tucked in more than her duck buddy, is a bit fluffier than normal and is doing a weird wing twitching thing. I’m trying to decide if she’s hot/stressed or if she needs a trip to the vet. Eating and drinking normally. I think still laying as well but not 100% sure about that.

Any ideas?
