Orange Diarrhoea?

Hi...I am new to this forum.
I recently bought 10 new chickens (point of lay)...1 chicken has a cough? though is eating & otherwise seems healthy...some of the others have orange coloured diarrhoea...can anyone help with diagnosis...they are all otherwise acting like healthy chickens....thanks

Hi and welcome to BYC.
By orange colored, could you possibly mean rust colored (runny and looks like melted chocolate)? That would be ceceal poo and is entirely normal.
