Is it a good idea to get the chicks vaccinated for marek's disease?

I used a local hatchery that does vaccinate for marek's and I will probably have all future chicks vaccinated for it as well. In a perfect world I would like completely organic chickens. Well, free of antibiotics/vaccinations and on natural -straight from the earth- type food, is what I mean, but from what I've read about marek's I'd much prefer the vaccination to the disease. JMHO
