I have been reading "chick lit" for well over a year now and am ready for my backyard flock of three. I live in south/central Oregon, in a small town with chicken friendly laws. Got my chicks yesterday ( black sex link, Bard Rock, and R.I. Red ) and am having so much fun with them! We will begin work on our chicken tractor tomorrow. I am so impressed with the friendly folks here and look forward to joining the conversation!
