The DH came home yesterday just as pround as a peacock because one of his friends told him about this feed store that sold feed at a lower price.... the owner convinced him to try the layer feed...55 lbs for a good price...manufactured by Meunerie sayerville and sold by shur-gain. The chickens love it...the owner explaned to him that it is organic and had more nutrients then purina layer feed. I like the looks of the feed..it is finer then crumbles and the price is right..but how good is it? Anyone ever tried it before? The label is a little hard to understand and from what I understood..it orginated from Cananda. [IMG]

I've used the Canadian In Season. I didn't like it, really, because it's the consistency of sawdust and gets wasted much too easily. Others swear by it, though.
