Organic fed flock, with newly hatched chicks...help, what to feed?

I have been feeding my 1 year old flock strictly organic feed since I've had them. One of my hens hatched 16 eggs (!) 6 days ago and I've had the mama and babies separated into a different area of the barn and have been feeding mama/chicks an organic chick starter. Tomorrow, 13 of the new babies are going to a new home and I plan on letting the mama slowly introduce her 3 remaining babies to the rest of the flock. Should I put them all on organic chick starter to keep them organic? I provide free-feed oyster shells in a separate feeder. Any help much appreciated!

Either feed everyone a starter/ grower ration, or you can keep layer in a feeder raised too high for the chicks to reach (on a chain), and grower in a second feeder at a chick friendly height. Mary
