    HI ALL

I wanted to post an image (with detail) of a print i recently did of my Wyandotte hen, Olive. I have prints available to sell if anyone would like to decorate their house with a beautiful Wyandotte, and will also consider inquiries to customize a portrait of your own favorite hen.

So cool. She looks like my Marilla. What size and how much?

Wow - all your hens look like mine - is that a buff orpington and an australorp in the background? If so, they look like my Belina and Soot.

The print is about 8x10 - would fit nicely in an oversized frame with an 8x10 mat. $50 including shipping within the USA. Thanks for your interest!

Yes, I have an australorp, buff O, EE, and Marilla the SLW. Love 'em all. I'll let you know about the print thanks!

Thanks very much - I am a freelance illustrator/fine artist, so my talent is also my bread and butter. Lately that bread has been low cal and the butter more like jam. Sigh for the economy. I'd love to provide some beautiful chicken-work for my fellow poultry enthusiasts, so i hope a few folks will be interested in this piece or customized ones for their very own.

You should make a BYC page with your art and then do an advertisement in the BuySellTrade area.

    Intriguing....

I must admit i haven't figured out how to 'make a page' here on backyard chickens. I'd love it if you could send me an email with some tips. Thanks!

I love it! What did you use to make the print? Is it wood block?
