Orpington being bullied!

We have three hens eight months old. They were raised together from two day old chicks. They are Orpington, Barrd Rock and New Hampshire Red. We have built them a large coop and let them out each morning to free range the backyard. Recently, the Orpington is being bullied by the other two and now she stays in her nest a lot. When out of the coop, her behavior is strange: she will make a big squawk and dash across the yard for no apparent reason. Is there anything we should be doing to help the situation?

Is she broody? If not, removing the lead bully long enough to change the pecking order, then reintroducing her might solve the problem.
