How large are the combs on Orpington hens? My pullets are 15 weeks old and have tiny combs. Their faces and beaks are getting more red, but their combs don't seem to be growing.

Pictures could help if you are worried. For orphingtons, they don’t tend to get super large combs that are floppy, like leghorns would get...

If small most likely a pullet. Occasionally there'll be a Late Bloomer.
