Tall, dark, and handsome black Orpington Rooster seeks lonely flock for long term commitment. Enjoys long walks in the yard and popcorn. Sam is 18 weeks old and handled daily since he was 6 weeks old. Very tame, great personality. A fantastic addition to your flock,or just as a pet. He does look after the girls and alerts to threats. Free to good home only.

I would post in the Buy~Sell~Trade to find him a home. Not many people will see your Ad on a thread. Good luck! :)

We live in York, PA. We also have a second rooster, a blue orpington named Jake who is looking for a home as well (we got 4 chicks this year and two turned out to be roosters). We aren't allowed to have roosters where we live. Sam, the black roo, is the alpha. They are both about 18 weeks old. Both very personable. Both are great guys. Sam is a little larger than Jake.
