other hens and roo reacting to babies???????

My flock is made up of one very non-aggressive(actually passive) buff silke rooster and then I have half silke hens and half standard hens. ....sooooooo....

My broody NN hen will be hatching chicks hopefully in 11 days and I was wondering if the other chickens will kill the chicks? Kinda worried.

What do you all think or what have any of your experenced?

I just want them all to be safe.

Yes, they can kill the babies. I separate my broody and babies in what I call the nursery for about a month, where the others can see them but not get them.

then let them out. Mom will protect them for a while and then chase them off to fend for themselves. By this time they are able to fend for themselves.
