Our babies were born on April 2nd (2012). They were born to Hennie, who was born in May of 2011. We've named them:

    Esther, Moses (Mosie) & Peepers:

She certainly is! She looks like a blow-fish when anyone gets around her and her babies. But she doesn't go "bonkers" and bite and/or attack. A previous Silver Sebright hen named Hennie was also a good setter who had 2 sets of babies: David, Fonnie & Willie. Sadly, the original Hennie was savagely murdered by some predator as were David & Fonnie. Willie, on the other hand, is.... massively, extremely spoiled to say the least. She still sleeps in my mom's house, lays her egg in my mother's house (paces back & forth in front of the front door til you let her in then you have to sit with her by the box so she can lay her egg). Willie crows when she is "PO'd," is vane (loves looking at her "friend" Molly in the mirror) and would prefer sitting on your head instead of on the ground.
